Description
Four greens, one drum. Brazil does the heavy lifting — half the batch, dry process, sweet and nutty underneath. Guatemala holds the middle, Guatemala Antigua, gives it structure. Sumatra Lintong, wet-hulled, brings the earth and the funk — the part that makes you stop and pay attention. Ethiopia Aricha, dry process, ten percent, just enough fruit in the background to keep it honest.
Co-roasted. All of it goes through the same curve, same drum, same timing. That’s the gamble — the Sumatra’s lower density, the Brazil’s dense, they don’t always agree. If the cup tastes roasty and sweet at the same time, the Sumatra’s running ahead. We watch for that.
City+ to Full City+. Agtron 48.2, DTR 21.9%. That’s where it sits. Pull it as espresso. That’s what it’s for.
Four beans, one shift. The blend does the work.
